Meet Patti Sampson... your Scottsdale (Rio Verde Foothills) neighbor and obsessed baker. Before the sun rises, the scent of cinnamon and proofing dough fills my kitchen. What began as a cherished family tradition has blossomed into a beloved local staple, but my core philosophy remains unchanged: no shortcuts, no compromises.
Each roll is crafted entirely by hand in small, meticulous batches. I believe that true luxury lies in the details. From the slow, patient rise of my family recipe to the final, generous swirl of signature cream cheese frosting, sticky carmel and toasted pecans.
Freshly baked every Saturday morning for warm, yummyness ready for early pickup every Saturday morning. Order by Thursday at noon and you'll be the hit of the weekend.

The Details
We want your experience to be as seamless and delightful as our rolls. Find everything you need to know about our weekly deadlines, neighborhood pickup windows, and the best way to serve them warm at home.
What is the weekly ordering deadline?
Our order book closes every Thursday at 8:00 PM for weekend fulfillment. Because we bake our rolls fresh in small, artisan batches, we cannot accommodate late orders. If you miss the cutoff, you can secure your spot for the following week.
When and where do I pick up my box?
Pickup happens every Saturday between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Once your preorder is confirmed, we'll email you the exact pickup address and simple instructions for a smooth, contactless handoff.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
At this time, we operate strictly as a local pickup cottage bakery. Our cinnamon rolls are baked to be enjoyed at peak freshness, which makes them unsuitable for long-distance shipping. We hope to offer limited local delivery in the future.
How do I reheat my cinnamon rolls?
Your rolls are best enjoyed warm. Pop them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds for a quick treat, or place them in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes. We include a detailed care and reheating card inside every box.
Are your rolls allergen-friendly?
Our signature rolls contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. While we don't use nuts in our classic recipe, they are prepared in a home kitchen that also processes common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
