Our order book closes every Thursday at 12:00 PM for this week's Saturday morning pickup at 9 or 10 am. Because we bake our rolls fresh in small, artisan batches, we cannot accommodate late orders. If you miss the cutoff, you can secure your spot for the following week.

Pickup happens every Saturday at two North Scottsdale/Rio Verde Foothills locations. Location 1: Dynamite & Alma School in Rosetti's Pizza Parking lot between 9 and 9:30 am., or Pinnacle Peak and Pima in the CVS parking lot between 10 and 10:30 am. Once your preorder is confirmed, we'll email you the exact pickup address and simple instructions for a smooth pickup.

At this time, we operate strictly as a local pickup cottage bakery. Our cinnamon rolls are baked to be enjoyed at peak freshness, which makes them unsuitable for long-distance shipping. We hope to offer limited local delivery in the future.

Your rolls are best enjoyed warm. Pop them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds for a quick treat, or place them in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes. We include a detailed care and reheating card inside every box.

Our signature rolls contain gluten, wheat flour, milk, butter, eggs, yeast, white & brown sugar, salt, cream cheese, vanilla extract and you can order them. Our classic roll includes raisens. Our sticky buns include pecans and corn syrup. Please know they are prepared in a home kitchen under the Arizona Cottage Food license secured by owner/baker, Patti Sampson. The product may process common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
